[PC] Game won't install after download

Question

Hi,I have a windows 10 pc and I'm not being able to install Mass effect 1, after it downloads it says "Installing..." foreverI tried deleting the files and download it again, but it doesn't work and I also tried running origin as an administrator and that didn't work either, can somebody help?Thanks

@lemidori&nbsp;Can you try fully uninstalling Origin then check again.&nbsp;Fully remove Origin using the steps here:&nbsp;https://help.ea.com/nz/article/manually-uninstalling-origin/
Then reinstall fresh and hopefully the issue will go away.&nbsp;
