[PC] Mass Effect 3: No Audio

Question

Hello, I just recently re-downloaded Mass Effect 3 on my laptop and am experiencing a problem where im getting no audio from the game (whether in game, or at the title screen/main menu). I've tried running the application as an administrator and through windows 7 compatibility mode but neither have worked. Im on windows 10 and haven't experienced this problem with any other game (was just playing Mass Effect 1 the other day with no issues).

Also the game is showing up in my volume mixer, but still no audio and it doesn't show any audio levels in the mixer.

Try to repair the game. (in Origin &gt; Game Library &gt; right click ME3 &gt; Repair)

I have the same exact issue now for both ME2 and ME3 with everything not working as a solution is this also doesn't work
