@EA_Shepard Also you can set your native resolution to 1920x1080 and active SVR if you use AMD, then put the game resolution in 2560x1440. This will force the GPU to use more VRAM and will unlock +60 FPS. You will still have some sluttering but will improve performance. The main issue is the CPU load. It overcharges so even having a 6 core micro this will happen again. There is a lot more of changes you can put into the cfg file. Let me kno

You know i never really messed with any other these. I never played in fullscreen mode, I always just resized it manually and left it at that. That is a good call out though. I started a new playthrough last night anyways so I will have to try to mess around with this one later on tonight!
