[PC] Mass Effect Andromeda Missing Online Access Error

I have a problem when connecting to the Mass Effect Andromeda multiplayer, a message appears where it mentions that I do not have the permission for online content (image attached), I don't know what causes this error; To tell the truth, it is a problem that has been going on for months since I stopped playing the game for a long time. I have looked for solutions in different forums in my country but none of them give an answer. I would like someone who has solved the problem to instruct me or tell me who I should talk to. I have seen several players with the same error and many have not had a solution ☹️.
In the topics that have been opened, I have read that they do not usually provide solutions that really work for this problem.
Just to complement; I bought the game myself and have never had an EA Play subscription.

@GeerSticK I am a part of a bunch of communities online and the toxicity, at least on my end, is so small it doesn't register. I love this community and the cosplay, fanart, and creations I see are a community that will go on for a long time! So, I am hoping the next installment brings way more content into the galaxy!

    Hey, Folks

We have made some updates on our end that will assist with the Online Access Error when trying to enter into ME:A MP!

If you receive this error, you can first try the following steps. Deleting the license folder has resolved it for some players.

    Delete EA License Files:

    • Make sure the EA app is closed.
    • Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time.
    • Type or copy and paste "%ProgramData%\Electronic Arts\EA Services" (without the quotes) into the new Window > ENTER
    • Enable View Hidden Files and Folders
    • Delete all files in the "License" folder.

If it does not resolve the error with your game, you must contact live support. Players can set up a case on Help.ea.com.

In the case notes, be very specific on the issue.

For example: "When I launch Mass Effect Andromeda, I am met with an error that states I need Online Access to play."

You can also refer to the Online Access thread set up for reference.

If you are directed back to the forums, please let us know so we can review the case. Community Managers cannot change an EA account, therefore sending players to the forums will not resolve this error!

    Cheers!

EA_Shepard Is this something you can still help a gal out with? I've tried all the things including deleting the licenses and nothing helps. All the customer support have been unhelpful. I'm pinning all my hopes on you.

I'm not sure if I have the same issue, but last week I downloaded the game for my new Series X through ultimate pass. Before downloading the game I created an EA account and synced my Xbox to it and then downloaded the game. I played for two days, trying to get assist medals to cut down time rather than trying to get the unlock 6 strike teams achievement. But two days later I could not connect online.

I logged into EA account and discovered my account had been permanently banned. I appealed and they said I broke TOS but not exactly what I had done, they said the ban would stay but allowed me to re-appeal which I'm now waiting on the studio to investigate

I played about 6 or so games online, so not sure if someone sent a prank report on me to EA, or after looking around the net, others have said AI bots in control of new accounts are causing issues. But not sure as neither EA or anyone else seems to be able to clear this up. Cancelled my Ultimate Pass just in case they decide not to lift the ban, as the whole reason I bought the series X was to be able to play all those awesome backwards compatible games that EA have on the Series X and get all the achievements. Now though, all this has done is cause me to lose out, Microsoft to lose out as well as EA. I really hope they can sort this asap.

Good luck to the rest of you chaps having issues too.
