[PC] Mass Effect Andromeda missing online access

Dear EA,

 

My issue is this: I purchased a Mass Effect Andromeda pc game and they sold me 2 copies with 2 different order numbers. I contacted EA customer service, where the 2nd copy was refunded.

This was the beginning of the disaster. Something was messed up in my account during the refund process, the end result of which was that my game could not work in online mode.

I contacted EA customer service again. After several hours of chatting they told me that the tool they use in my account to help with my issue does not work and I should contact them in a few hours, by then the tool will definitely work and they will help me with my issue. So far, I have chatted for several hours 7 times in 2 days, and the end result was always the same. Their tool does not work, the issue still persists. EA messed something up in my account and can't fix it with their tool, and I can't play in multiplayer.

There is another account in my household that we used to log in on my computer, the multiplayer worked perfectly. It follows that the error is not on my side, it did not originate on my PC. This is not an installation or internet communication error. My temp file is also empty. That means the error is on EA's side.

It would even be acceptable for me to delete ME Andromeda from my account as if it never existed, so that I can buy a new one with a new serial number. But they can't do that either, they just keep closing the tickets with fixed status.

I would greatly appreciate it if someone from EA would respond to this post in a meaningful way.
