[PC] ME 3 - N7HQ never links + "your connection to the game has been lost"

And I'll add another issue not mentioned in my first post:
Since the "Online War Assets" (promoted MP classes) never registers, I never get the N7 Special Ops Teams war assets in-game. Oddly, the Galactic Readiness does fully function (N7HQ GAW and in-game). As far as I can tell, it is the only thing that does.
