PC: Possible fix for VSYNC stutter (AMD)

There's a stutter I've been seeing in ME1 with vsync on in certain parts of the game. It's pretty noticeable on the Normandy at the beginning, if pan your camera in a 180 while standing in the corridor facing the galaxy map. The framerate doesn't seem to drop, but you can see the camera "stutter" as it pans around. Disabling vsync fixes it instantly, giving a smooth camera pan, but even at 240 fps, I see slight frame tearing.

I've adjusted all of the in-game settings to try and fix the stutter, but none of them work except turning off vysnc. However, if you are running an AMD card, try turning off the Radeon Anti-Lag setting in the graphic driver settings for the game. That seems to clear up almost all of the stutter with vsync on for me. I still notice a stutter now and then in the citadel, but it will just be one or two "stutters" and almost not noticeable like it was before.

This is on a 6800xt on a freesync 75hz monitor at 3440x1440. Your mileage may vary, but if you have an AMD card and have vsync stutter, try disable Radeon Anti-Lag for the game and see if it helps.
