Similiar problem here since update.
I don't get "loading" shaders notice upon "'Resume Game", but "building shaders x/x" to up to 10k+ shaders loading/building then crash.
Doesn't take forever either. and I only got a i5 4670K 3,6GHz, 8GB RAM, GTX 760 2GB and game runs of the secondary 1TB SATA HDD

No Error Screen/Message/Report or what so ever ...
Updated and clean-installed nVidia Drivers and GeForce Experience, tried a clean-boot, game repair, deleted Game Files and reinstalled clean, set gamespecs to lowest, tried ratio adjust, set game recommendet Experience settings, disabled ingame overlays, all kinds of other forum ideas.. nothing worked what so ever....
DxDiag attached - my fascinatingly low hardware specs are in there again ...
anywho everything else runs fine ... no overheating anywere, all other games w/o problem .. only origin games except ME:A installed are currently ME:1-3 ......
