Potential bug in ME3 with Ashley

So this is my first run having romanced Ashley in 1, then I romanced Miranda in 2 (first time as well) then I got to 3 and I always heard on YT and saw in the wiki that Ash confronts you about your ME2 romance when you visit her in the hospital, but when I got there she acts as if I didn't romance anyone in 2, like the only 2 dialogue options I get are like "Yeah, I'm still interested in you" and "Idk, let's start again and see what happens"

This bothers me, I even went back and started 3 again, to see if I had picked a wrong dialogue option back on Mars, does anyone know if this is a known bug or if I missed something important along the way?

If it turns out it is a bug, hopefully this will get noticed and eventually fixed.

Also, while we're at it, this might sound picky, but why is Oleg Petrovsky listed in the "Alien" section in the war assets? shouldn't he be in the ex-Cerberus section?

EDIT: So I checked in a video how the conversation goes when she confronts you about it, and for some weird reason it only happens if you try to rekindle the relationship, but even then, the other dialogue option isn't even "We're done, let's just be friends" (which is what I wanted to do in he first place) it goes more like "It's been a while, let's start again and see how it goes" implying that you want to be with her again, why? why was this scene written like this?

So it's not a bug, I just got confused with the weird exchange you have with Ash about the relationship, if you wanna see her getting worked up about your ME2 romance you're forced to rekindle her relationship, which is kinda weird.
