Priority: Sur'kesh is bugged

I have uninstalled bugged ME LE game and going back to playing Starfield and maybe fallout game. Cannot complete due to bugs in Priority: Sur'kesh.

Could you describe in more detail which bugs you are encountering and how to stopped your progress?
