Problem accessing Bioware Social Network

 While trying to access my account at Bioware Social Network , after entering the same account that i use for Origin  i recive the fallowing message :Your EA account is not supported or has been disabled" dunno what is the probem if its on my end or the site . Anyway because of this i cant access the multiplayer in the game .....this afternoon was working perfectly and now i dont know what to do with it . A solution would be much apreciated (20/12/2012)

    No i havent ....sorry to bother you further but dunno how to do it since i cant connect at all at BSN i dont have access to most of the things how can i contact them without using my account  making another just for that seems like a bad idea ...

  • I have same problem...my game worked this afternoon and when I return to play again about 8 pm my account was disabled and I cant connect on bioware site too how can I enabled my account back and what should I doo .

    My problem is very similar.  While I can log in to my EA and Origin account(s),  I am unable to log in to my Bioware account.  It keeps saying I am entering the wrong information even while I am logged in to  the EA website and my Origin client.  The Problem has to be with the Bioware Social Network website since I can log in to both of those accounts.  Can you help me with this please?  How do I contact EA, Bioware, or a moderator or whoever it is that I need to contact to get this fixed please?

    I'll just answer your last question:How do I contact EA, Bioware, or a moderator or whoever it is that I need to contact to get this fixed please? 

    Please go to https://help.ea.com and once there click on Contact Us and choose the option you want: Chat , Call them or Have them call you. I suggest the third choice as being best.

     

    One possible problem in accessing Social.Bioware.com may be related to you not having an account with them even though your EA and Origin logins are fine.

     

    You still need to create an account with social.bioware.com (once you successfully use either your EA or Origin email+password to login into social.bioware.com) before you are able to get full access to the website's forums and other stuff--like the N7HQ for Mass Effect 3.
