Problem starting ME Legends on both Steam and Origin

Long drawn out story sorry.... Mass Effect Legendary series: 1. Try to play using Steam - about 5-6 seconds after it starts loading (displays Game Running) it goes back to Play. Tried to launch gam...

  There is a access violation error about Mass Effect 3 in the DxDiag, but if I get you right the problem is the same in all games?
