[PS3] Mass Effect Trilogy DlCs Code

Hi all!

I purchased the US pack of Mass Effect Trilogy, which was supposed to include some DLCs, with the codes to download, but there  are no codes in the card were should be.

I contacted EA support and they told me "they couldn't generate PS3 codes"...

Any ideas on what could I do?
