I do not believe so. Multiplayer is not cross platform. I have looked at mods for save games for pc and someone has figured out how to changed shading, etc. but I have not seen anything that lets you go from PS4 to pc. Hopefully someone will know more than me.

Yes, there is. PS5 has an option to transfer save data to a USB stick. I assume the same functionality exists on a PS4, but can't confirm.
@apenn2882 While the PS5 and probably PS4 allow saves to USB, the Playstation uses a different save format and file format than PC in most cases. I remember back in ME2/3 original release times, there was a save editor and you had to decide which format you wanted to save in, either Xbox/PC or Playstation. IF there was a save editor for Andromeda, I don't personally know of one but it may exist, then MAYBE with the help of that mod save editor it could be done, but you can't just save to a stick and load it onto a PC and get it to work.
