Hey @Warbeast401
Do you have another profile on your console where you could install the game and see if you get the same error message?
I was just wondering if this is a profile-related issue.
@EA_Pulsar I can but I tried playing a different game with the mass effect disc in the system and it even said the game I was playing was corrupted so I took mass effect out and I was able to play all night so without a doubt mass effect legendary edition is messing with my ps4
update just tried play nfs heat disc and it told me cannot play application so I put fallout 4 in and well it’s working so if all my ea games are affected all I gotta say mass effect is definitely creating a mass effect error
@EA_Pulsar Another update. I let update 1.03 install and it’s saying this instead of telling me the games corrupted like it won’t make its mind up
Might just end up buying the digital version

Okay. Please give it a try and complete a new installation of the game from a different profile on your console. This will confirm if the game files are corrupted on the disc.
Just in case, fully reboot the console. Touch the power button on the front of the PS4 for at least 7 seconds (until the system beeps twice). Turn it back on after 1 minute. Launch the game. If you'd like to try, you can Restore Default Settings to reset everything in the PS4 to its original software settings but keep your data.
