[PS5] Mass Effect Andromeda Network Connection Error

@lilixstar Let me know if you are still unable to log into the game and getting any network errors.

Hello! Yes, I'm still unable to enter the online features, even the APEX missions on single player

So, when I try to see the email it's added there's the message os Network Error, just like the picture.

So I don't know what email they are trying to connect

This are in game screenshots. @EA_Shepard  asked you to log in to your EA Profile (on your phone a computer or the PS browser.)

Your PSN login are the credentials for the EA profile. 

Ooohh, now I understand. I entered on my EA Profile using the same as the PSN and the email is the same and it says the PSN is linked.

Are you able to help me with this same issue, please?

@ThePatient1128 Are you getting a network connection error a different error?

Have you logged into your EA profile as directed above to check the accounts are linked correctly?

It was an issue with my linked Xbox account to the EA account. I had to live chat and get it unlinked and made a new EA account for my ganertag. Everything is working as intended at this point. Thank you for checking. Much appreciated.
