Purchased Game Not Appearing in Origin

Hi!

I purchased Mass Effect 3 for digital download yesterday and received cofirmation of my order. When I now open Origin and try to find the game to then download it, there's nothing there.

Any suggestions on how I rectify this?

I've tried relogging, reloading and reinstalling Origin, so far to no avail.

    It's possible. If that is the case though, you would need to contact EA customer service and explain what is going on.

    In Origin, click the Refresh button (to the left of "Show Games" in the "My games" tab)

    Check that you are in "Show all games" (check hidden to make sure it's not in there as well)

    I don't have an option to show games. If I clikc on my games I get two options, Origin Store and Free Games.

    Have you received a product code and redeemed it in Origin yet?

    I'd advise contacting whoever you purchased the game from to request the Product code.

    Where did you purchase the game from?

    From the Origin store. It was on the day that the servers went mad so I'm wondering if something got lost along the way?
