Yeah this needs to get fixed, it wasn't like this in the original version of Mass Effect 2
I admittedly worked out a headcannon for myself to make it work. Such as facial hair follicles haven't fully stimulated from facial reconstruction. But still this should be addressed.
Realised I never put my ME1 screenshot in just ME2 & 3 :P
New patch didn't fix ME2 beards 😕
I was bummed by this as well. Can't get it right with Mass Effect Modder either. ☹️ Oh well, waiting on another patch or a mod.
Does anybody know what's causing the facial hair colors to not show up??

I like this, I may borrow this for my own headcannon lol.
There is a fix for this (PC only) on nexus mods now.
