It might be that that the DLC didn't remove itself properly upon cancelling. Try to go to your install folder (default: C:\Program Files\Origin Games\Mass Effect 3\BIOGame\DLC or C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Mass Effect 3\BIOGame\DLC for 64-bit. The map you want to remove is called "DLC_CON_END".
