what fred said tbh. have you tried fast travelling to the ship and then jumping on, have you run manually to it and then run up the ramp? a clip showing it might help. also have you tried running far away, maybe going into a tomb so it loads a new area and then returning? I am also curious if you may be in a mission that prevents you leaving until you complete it as I dont really remember this specific planet 🙂
