Actually I have this problem, but it gets worst.... I get there, I mean I was able to decode the whole 'WHERE' it exactly was, had to go outside, and it was just hovering next to the commander guy, but the problem is, nothing would start once I got to it.... PS4 btw, and I really could use some help here.
