    Yeah, I've already crafted a weapon with an augmentation.  Is that why the Krogan Engineer isn't appearing to start the quest?  Ok, I guess I'll have to live with it.

    Is there any checklist somewhere that tracks 100% completion of missions?  If so, is this going to affect me getting 100%?
