A bit of advice: Really bad idea to post this on a forum for players to help other players (not the problem you're having but the keys and discount code). In other words you should remove those as soon as possible. Moreover, if I'm correct you meant to address the official support which can be found here.

As for your problem: I'm afraid that I don't know any solution, just thought it would be best to inform you regarding the topics mentioned above.
