    So an english only speaking person who's hearing impaired or completely deaf, if travels to a country where english is not the first language and wants to play ME4 on their laptop...

    Sorry but I think that this decision on localized subtitles was bad. Yea, these cases will be so rare and statistically ignorable, but still. It makes a bad reputation.

    Yeah. Some places have an 'international' version you can change languages to English, such as my version which I didn't want to try Portuguese subs. I showed him how to do, but his version is one of those that have only local language and you're doomed to that fate, it seems. Strange, if you ask me. It might be something about their local policies, bureaucracy, as usual.
