Make sure your drivers are all up to date.
Direct X is up to date.
Reduce all graphics settings. Perhaps some dynamic lighting, or anti-aliasing is causing some problems.
You might be able to report the bug to Intel and they can release a firmware update to fix it later.
You can try borrowing a add-on video card and use that to get past your stuck point.
