@Dragoness31 You need to progress further to unlock the research lab, then you can use resources to make it.

I have Mordin. The upgrade is not there. When I go to apply the updates, I bought one on Omega and I should have the one from Freedom's Progress. When I go to do the upgrades, I only have one and I know this because if you have 2 you should be able to make the M--622 Avalanche heavy weapon, but I cannot make that
