Re: help needed: omega dlc crash - very specific location

You can try to repair the game.

(Origin > Game Library > right click MELE > Repair)
(Steam > Game Library > right click at MELE > Properties > Local Files > Verify integrity of game files.)

This however will purge all Mods that are installed.

I see no way around that because it has to be determined if a mod or a corrupt game file is the culprit.

    UPDATE: FIXED

    either repair game or turn off auto save fixed it

    UPDATE 2: tried again after reinstalling mods with autosave off and it worked

    Just as an FYI, I encountered the same issue in a slightly different place. Disabling auto saves also fixed it.
