@shroudraven Can I check that you've downloaded all the content from Extra Content in Origin that you can? Can I double check that you're looking at the area to the right of SAM and your email terminal? While there have been similar reports, in many cases this is due to the content not being downloaded, or the game not being restarted after the download.

This doesn't sound like the case here, and there have been some cases where the content didn't appear despite everything else being correct. However things will usually update after a while and the content will appear. How long have you had the game installed? Normally things sync up in a day or 2 at most.

    I am sorry it took me so long to reply however xD

    I've checked the area next to the email terminal multiple times and i have about 50h game time.

    Do i need to start over with a new Ryder for them to appear?

    so you downloaded the content.... you went to your room on the tempest and checked the terminal next to sam and the 2nd email computer after a reboot of the game?

    that is odd. most of the time people don't realize they have the items from the dlc and sold them off thinking they were junk. try starting a new game up to the point where you get the tempest go to your room and see if the content is there. this will be just a test. you can always go back to your old save later. if the content shows up and its not in your old save then you must have picked it up without noticing it.
