I'm having a similar problem. I couldn't get my game to start either, and then after finally getting it fixed, it tells me the code is invalid. There's a product code in the information part of my game (the litte "i" in the scroll over menu), but it tells me that it's wrong. I've seen a lot of posts talking about this problem with no responses to help. I even used the live chat, and my "game advisor" had claimed to have fixed it, and that all I had to do then was uninsall and reinstall. Did all that and still the same problem.
