Please preform a clean boot and test the Game in clean boot mode.

Make sure your virus scanner and other security software and also Afterburner and similar software is disabled.

Make also sure that your GPU & CPU are not overclocked.

  • Ok so it worked in clean boot, that means there was some software interfering right? How can I narrow it down to find the problem? (thank you)

    okay nevermind it just works normally now? I don't quite understand but thank you so much for your help. I had no idea what a clean boot even was.

    It normally means exactly that and trial and error is usually the only way forward.
    But here you seem to have been lucky.

    It could be that some registry entries were missing and got written when the game could start.

    In the end we will never know, the main thing is that the game runs.
