Re: Mass Effect 3 monitor resolutions

As far as I know Mass Effect does not support multi-monitor set-ups. The WSGF seems to agree with me on that:

You will have to get 3rd party software to run the game on 3 monitors. The WSGF boards are a good start to get the best software for this.
