Re: Mass Effect Andromeda Missing Online Access Error

Hi @Panda0709 Can you try going through the following steps and let us know if you notice anything change:

  • Persistent Storage
    • Go to settings > Select Device & Connections > Then Blue-Ray
    • Select Persistent Storage > Clear Persistent Storage
  • Alternate Mac:
    • Go to settings > Select General  > Then Network settings
    • Go to advanced settings > Alternate Mac address > Select clear
    • Select restart

  • Check for additional content
    • Press the Xbox "X" button on your controller > Select My Games and Apps
    • Under Games, scroll to your game and press Start
    • Select Manage Game and add ons > Select the Game (will shows version) on the right (top choice of the three)
    • Then Manage Installation on Xbox one > Should show additional downloads and files if needed

  • Delete local save
    • Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide, and then select My games & apps.
    • Highlight the game, press the Menu button on your controller, and then select Manage game & add-ons.
    • In the menu on the left side of the screen, scroll down to Saved Data, then highlight the saved data for your gamertag on the right and press the A button on your controller.
    • You'll be prompted to confirm deletion of this game save data:
      • Delete from console removes the local copy of this save. You can get it from the cloud the next time you play.
      • Delete everywhere removes your saved data from this console, the cloud, and all other consoles you play on.
      • Cancel leaves your data intact.

  • Thank you sir, deleting the local storage has fixed the issue.

  • I play on PC via Origins. None of those above fixes are available to me. Don't have blue-ray, not mac. What can I do?

I play on PC also with EA App and it was working just fine, but took a break and when I came back and restarted the game, it gives me the Missing Online Content message. I have tried many of the solutions suggested in the past, but none works. I have already uninstalled then reinstalled the game twice....I pay for a Pro Membership so this is very frustrating

  • same message everyone keeps saying. unable to connect to online services. Playing on EA Play Pro account, Computer (windows), Ethernet cable, no firewall bs or cyber security blocking app. What can i do?

I am getting this too and i have an active EA Play Pro sub and i BOUGHT the game....super Deluxe.

  • I am having this problem on my ps5 and the fix solution you gave won't work

  • I am trying to play Andromeda again and keep getting the "You are missing online access" message. Based on what I have read around the web, this could have something to do with a glitch because I used to have EA Play and let the subscription lapse. This should not be an issue though since I have paid for both Andromeda, the Deluxe upgrade, and have the Deep Space Pack. I have tried to go through the EA help portal but it keeps directing me to a "self help" page that does nothing but give me the server status. Can I get some guidance on how to correct this or information on how to contact an actual tech support person to correct this issue?

    @cowboytx936

    See this post.

Only support can help you with this problem, point the next support person you talk too to the thread I just linked.
The help options on Twitter or Facebook seem to be the most successful with this problem.
