Are you on a private or a public (university) network?
Tried all those steps and no luck, it's allowed on the firewall completely both on private and public networks, i am using my own internet in a flat not university or school etc. Also no my EA account is just a googlemail account
Does your EA Account email address or username contain special characters?
Restart your router in this way:
Pull the power plug > wait 5 minutes > return the power plug
If that not helps, shut down your Windows firewall and disable the real-time scanner of your antivirus software.. (just for testing purpose, don't forget to activate the firewall and the antivirus software later on.)
Should it work after you disabled the firewall, here is a description how to allow a program to communicate through the firewall.
Edit: I saw that EA is now proving all the DLC free of charge, could i just download those and re-install them that way?
