Do you have an EA Play subscription that has expired?
If so you need to contact EA support directly, tell them you need the Online Access for MEA fixed on your account.
- The link to EA's Support is here.
- In "Search game or Topic" Search for "EA app".
- Click on "See all Help Topics"
- Click "I need help logging in to my EA Account"
- Click "Continue without logging in"
- Choose a contact option, preferable "Chat with us"
