You don't meet the system requirements. The HD 4200 is too slow, especially the mobility version, and and AMD Sempron is not the equivalent of an Intel Core 2 Duo, which the game requires.

That PC will launch the games and you will be able to play ME2 and 3, but it won't run smoothly. ME1 is more demanding. A few years ago I ran ME1 on faster hardware that yours and still got horrible framerates.
