Hi, has be always appeared like this for you? Can I check your graphics card and current drivers? If you haven't done so already can you try a repair or a verify integrity.

Origin:

1. Select My Game Library in Origin.
2. Right-click on the game tile.
3. Select Repair Game.

Steam:

1. Restart your computer and launch Steam
2. From a game's library page, select Manage > Properties.
3. Select the Local files tab and click the Verify integrity of game files... button.
4. Steam will verify the game's files - this process may take several minutes.
