Thanks for the reply. The connection problem is an issue with my router, not an issue with my Xbox. I'm just curious why sometimes I'm required to have an internet connection in order to play Mass Effect, while other times I have no problem playing without an internet connection. Should I be required to be logged into Xbox Live in order to play games from the vault I have already downloaded onto my Xbox?

Hello @sunsh9ne1471
The answer is yes, since EA Access is subscription based service and your subscription should be active in order for you to play the games from The Vault.

@EA_Archi I'm sorry, but I'm still not fully understanding. You said yes, I should have to be connected to Xbox Live because EA Access is subscription based and my subscription should be active in order to play games from the vault. But shouldn't my subscription remain active regardless of whether or not my Xbox is connected to the internet? I paid for a whole year of EA Access not too long ago, and my subscription should be active through sometime in 2018.
I recently moved into a new house and have not been able to set up the new Wi-Fi yet, however, I have had no problems trying to play Mass Effect these past few days. I don't have any internet connection, and somehow everything is working fine. Is this just a fluke? Should it not be working for me without a connection?

Hello @sunsh9ne1471
The games, you`ve downloaded from the Vault will work for some time without Internet connection, but they will need to confirm your subscription is still active from time to time.

Archi
What should be the frequency of my log in with internet..once a Month? Once a week?
