Hi carlhott,

There are two things you can try:

Please make sure that you registered your game.

To do that just click on "Registered Games" once your Online Pass has been redeemed.

Ensure that your DLC is not corrupt by clearing the Game Data utility for Mass Effect 3.

To do that go to the XMB and the Game menu. Scroll up to Game Data Utility and find Mass Effect 3. Please make sure that you really go to the Game Data Utility and not the Saved Data. You cannot restore a saved game once you deleted it.

Delete the Game Data Utility info for ME3 and restart the console. You can redownload the DLC via Account management – Transaction History – Download List. Redownload all DLC for ME3 including the Online Pass. Once done, restart ME3 and you’ll be prompted to re-update.

    Hi there , I´m having the same problem . When you ask to delete the data in the game utility you mean the data for the mass efect and dlc patches ??

    Because i´v bought the online acess code and the dlc and it doesn´t work also .

    Should I see it on mass efect menu ??

    Hope you can help me  , thank you in advance !!
