Still, don't tell me I've got to check my email when I don't. It's annoying.
I actually have the anwser for this one. The last patch caused this, others are saying that when you enter the bridge and meeting/research room he'll say that. Me it's been happening when ever I pass through a door on the tempest. Hopefully the next patch will fix this.
