I haven’t played since I wrote this. I was hoping I’d hear about a patch or find answers on the forum but no luck.

@mwolfpk Are you using a wired or wireless controller? If it’s wireless can you try connecting to your console with a USB cable?
Resetting your controller can also help, please try the following steps https://www.playstation.com/en-gb/support/hardware/ps4-dualshock-4-wireless-troubleshooting/
If that Doesn’t work, delete the game and install it again. I did all of the above and it’s still not working.

No, and I really don’t want to buy another one just for this.
- draconiam4 years agoSeasoned Ace@mwolfpk Ok, is there someone nearby that can lend you one?
It's hardly a controller issue if ME3 is the only game - and the only game out of the same trilogy as well - that tends to bug out on this.
- draconiam4 years agoSeasoned Ace@felker_s Of course it is in ME3 oh well, then I am sorry for blaming the controller.
Can you point me to other reports about this issue?
Looks like this person is having the same issue, different console.
Thanks @mwolfpk
That is a standard PS4 DualShock 4 Wireless-Controller?
I'm having the same issue and it's making it harder to play. I'm so annoyed.
I already tried the trouble shooting steps, but it's still not working.
