EA Staff (Retired)Hey @mwolfpk, sorry for the delay, Is Shepard still not sprinting or vaulting for you? Have you tried any other troubleshooting steps since you wrote this?
I haven’t played since I wrote this. I was hoping I’d hear about a patch or find answers on the forum but no luck.

@mwolfpk Are you using a wired or wireless controller? If it’s wireless can you try connecting to your console with a USB cable?
Resetting your controller can also help, please try the following steps https://www.playstation.com/en-gb/support/hardware/ps4-dualshock-4-wireless-troubleshooting/
If that Doesn’t work, delete the game and install it again.I did all of the above and it’s still not working.
I'm having the same issue and it's making it harder to play. I'm so annoyed.
