I have read many fixes that say to copy this and make it the options folder. But I have found that the only thing that you need to do is match the resolution in the options by editting in notepad to your system resolution. Do not go into options because the highest resolutiion in options is 800 by 600 and if your new gaming system can't go that low, you will be right back to the same issue. Just make sure you set the resolution to one your system can attain.
