@azuradeva If deleting the game, the license folder, and a registry cleanup did not resolve it, you have to have support look at the account. Waiting 24 hours will not resolve this issue. This error is caused by conflicts on the account, and therefore the account needs to be reviewed.
You will need to contact support again and let them know you get that specific error. I had a process created specifically for this exact error.

@EA_Shepard yes i did contact support again and refered them this thread link even. Then they started to fix it and as of today i can now play online games again. So many many thanks for this thread and the discussion that happens in here. But as feedback also, if there is a process like you mentioned then everyone in the support team should follow it. Since contacting support multiple times is stressful for a person who needs help and probably for support staff (generates more tickets like that).
Hey! Im having this same issue but for Mass effect 3 on steam, I have the n7 digital deluxe edition if that helps, I followed the steps on this post :https://answers.ea.com/t5/Other-Mass-Effect-Games/PC-Mass-Effect-Online-Access-Error-in-Multiplayer-Mode/m-p/12557021/thread-id/72907
and am still unable to play online, The support chat didnt do much to help me, I've provided the transcript as well. Is there anything you can do to help me?

@azuradeva Happy to hear it was resolved. You are correct though they should all be following it as it is solely based on this specific error. Thank you for the feedback. It is more I can send up to have reviewed to make any changes for support going forward!
Cheers!

@YankiMate Can you run a repair on the game, and delete the license file with the steps below? Test it out again?
Delete EA License Files:
- Make sure the EA app is closed.
- Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time.
- Type or copy and paste "%ProgramData%\Electronic Arts\EA Services" (without the quotes) into the new Window > ENTER
- Enable View Hidden Files and Folders
- Delete all files in the "License" folder.
Done, still saying I have no online pass. I had to do this before 'cause it asked me for a product key a few months ago.

@YankiMate So backend changes were made that should resolve that error as it is an issue account side not game side. However, when changes are made you have to repeat the steps or a full uninstall.
Cant ask you to do that each time as it isn't needed but, if you can repair and delete the license file again and let me know if it changes.
What I do is
Repair
Clear cache
Delete license files
As they are quick steps, they don't require a full reinstall.
I closed steam& EA, deleted all files in the lisence folder, reopened steam, verified integrity of game files, opened EA app. And when I opened me3 I still had no online pass, and it said all my dlc failed to authorize? heres a screenshot
Im going to full reinstall now and see if anything changes :edit: I full reinstalled and its STILL saying I have no online pass and my dlc won't authorize.

@YankiMate Thank you for the screenshot. Can you go to C:\Program Files\EA Games\Mass Effect 3\BIOGame\DLC and delete all folders?
When you load back into the EA app, go to the game, manage add ons, and let me know if they all show as downloadable or purchasable.
If you can download them again that is what we need. Launch the game again without those DLCs installed and see if you get the same online access error!
Since I have the game bought & installed through steam, they weren't in that folder, but deleteing & loading the game w/o them still didn't give me the online pass back.
I also un-checked all of them in Steam's dlc manager ( since I cant on EA app, theres no option) and still no luck. Should I unlink my Ea and steam accounts?

@YankiMate Unlinking is not something we want to do. I wanted to see if you still got any errors removing the DLC folders. It wont fix the online pass but I wanted to see if you still got that error. The error with the DLCs is either a bad install or you don't own them. You do so that isn't as big of a deal. You can resinstall or check those to be active again.

@YankiMate If you can test it, even though it is through Steam, you should be able to launch it through either Steam or EA app. I would run a repair, and check for updates in Steam once more and let me know!
I deleted the license folder again and by some miracle its working now!
ty for all you help, sorry if it was difficult

@YankiMate Great! I was hoping that would work this time for you. Repeating steps is never fun, especially when we make changes here and you are asked to go over them again, but I am glad you are able to get online now without errors!
- @EA_Shepard I've tried all the solutions in this thread and nothing seems to be working for me. I spoke to EA Help earlier and he removed the game from my account and re-added it. He said the issue seemed fine on his end, that the block for online access was removed but I'm still getting the same error message no matter what.

@OnlyOneJMC removing it and adding doesn't do anything because of what is actually causing the issue.
Close down the EA app or Steam, whichever you use. Go back into that platform and run a repair on the game. You can do a full reinstall if you have the time, but a repair should be good.
Launch it again, and let me know if it allows you back online.
Hi guys I tried most steps. the only thing i couldnt really do was delete all the files in temp. Ive tried going to EA Help to open a case but I cant seem to find any links to open a case. Only a run around to sheck forums and use a chatbot that does nothing. Please help.

@Craz3dHULK03 I took a look at the account. Go ahead and repeat the steps and repair the game. If that doesn't work, reinstall the game. It should be resolved.
Thank You so much for your help. You sir are the greatest.

I have repaired the game, cleared the cache and licenses, still showing online access missing. I even signed back up for ea play and that didn't help either.
