Do a quick save and load, no need to exit game. Had the problem on Luna with the CCCP probe. save and reload fixed it.

We have seen some reports of people getting stuck in a variety of locations like this after leaving the Mako, thanks for the reports!
This is something we've passed along to be looked into further, but saving and reloading does help in most cases in the meantime as Wiz13688 mentioned.- @EA_Mako It does, but in some cases saving is disabled, so you have to re-do an event if you step out to pick up a lockbox, etc. Glad this is being reported, however.
I've had to save, exit to main screen and reload every time; quick save doesn't fix the issue for me at all.
