301 people have had this problem and you can't even give an answer, EA, really? 

I had the same problem. Found the refugees, took a heat lamp, did the Broken Family task and talked to the doctor, Running a Fever task didn't even trigger. I went and found the stoners, got the herb and went back to the refugees. I just get the same dialogue telling me to look for medicine. Task: Running a Fever never triggered, it isn't in my current tasks tab or completed missions; the only reason I know it exists it because I looked it up.
