Re: What I want in the next patch/DLC

Quick save

Screenshots - To take them right now, you either need to use a console command in which the console is in the screenshot or you need a Nvidia card that allows a program to be used but that program can't be used during scenes or dialogue.  This is the first game where I couldn't just hit "print screen" to get the job done.  It angers me and makes me want to punch babies.

Someone said to allow us to equip our squadmates but I disagree with this from a roleplay and lazy perspective.  I don't dress my friends.  They're grown, like my squadmates.  I prefer they be responsible for themselves in that way... but I wouldn't be opposed to this feature being added long as I am not forced to do it or punished for not doing it.

More casual outfits -  Namely Liam and Cora's.  Also, there's an outfit I only saw at the end of the game that looked like my armor just with all the armor bits stripped away.  I'd like that as an option as a casual outfit.

Pre-defined colors in addition to the option to access the color wheel and or... if no pre-defined colors, the ability to store 4 custom colors.  Makes it easier to match things.

Continuous dialogue - There are times when you have nothing new to say (which can be odd at times given what the character you approached just said) but the NPC will have new greeting lines based on what you have done.  The problem is, they're greeting lines only so in order to hear all of them, you have to keep initiating conversation and then leaving, then initiating again, and then leaving, until they stop saying something different.

It's bad enough that they often say something that the normal person would have a response for/to, but to have to keep going in and out of a conversation is ridiculous.  It wouldn't be a great solution in terms of immersion, but I'd settle for a dialogue option that asks, "What are your thoughts on things at the moment?" and you can keep hitting that until it turns dull gray..

New Dialogue Indicator - I want a way to know whether someone has something new to say or not just by looking at them (or even looking on the map) because I hate doing missions I think are important or that t would make sense that my crew would want to say something about it, only to discover they've got nothing after striking up a conversation.

I'd like a way to be able to know without having to start a conversation that they have no new dialogue and no new dialogue paths so there's no sense in trying to speak with them at that time.

    I think they should be allowed to tinker with equipment and the debrief of our assessment should dictate how to equip next. The mechanic, on a whim, would work like this:

    • You find loot and get them to your ship;
    • Some of it would get the attention of your crew mates;
    • They would ask for those parts and tinker their own equipment;
    • Bonuses would spring around them as they assembled more customized equipment;
    • Depending on where you would be going or which profile you were mostly use, you would debrief them to use certain kinds of equipment or let them choose at random;
    • Sometimes, like Liam has once requested, you could come across Researching recipes and blueprints they come up with their own analysis.

    This is something you find in some games. The most recent one I remember was called The Last Remnant, Squareenix. Yeah, rather coincidence it was called like that. Other than your main character, all your followers only requested for parts and materials, and they would evolve/develop their own equipment.

    I put this in a similar thread to this one, however that one vanished and this one is still around so..

    My wish is for a Squad Mates / Crew Members / LI DLC

    Where each one is given another mission like the loyalty missions that digs futher i to the characters and their personality. I feel a lot of that is lacking to an extent from this game.

    I would like said missions to also include romance content before / after / during for the romanced characters.

    Even Gil, Suvi, Reyes and Kallo could have missions,  no reason they couldn’t be a temporary sqaud memeber for the mission, or a third edition.

    I would also like to see the Ryders need the crews help on a mission.

    I would say an appartment somewhere but really not needed, Ryder has awesome quarters on the Tempest use them for the LI content!

    For all of this to fit -during the main story- of the game, rather then necessarily being set 'after' because the romances really needed more during content (at least most of them did!)

    And please, give those that didn't get a proper romance sex scene one.

    Let's see... next patch:

    SAM needs a STFU option.

    Nomad needs a weapon.

    DLC...

    Derelict Reaper (they lived in Dark Space... who's to say one didn't wander over)... or maybe a Leviathon planet

    Geth Expidition (just so you can add them to multiplayer)
