Redeem / Purchase online pass
I keep getting this message whenever logging into my Mass Effect 3. I was able to play 2 days ago still. I have re-installed the game, repaired my install etc. The message keeps appearing though, another account in my household can play fine using the same internet connection. I tried redeeming my existing code, which did not help.

If your code does not work, please get in contact with an EA Game Advisor.
You need to log in with your Origin account and then choose "Product", "Category", and "Platform" to see the contact options.
