After three day, several power cycles, 6 attempts to contact - 5 of them successful though 2 dropped during conversation, the online pass that isn't there for PC finally work - only now from the Ashes don't
Got the same problem with online pass on PC since yesterday - I contacted live chat advisor with no success in resolving problem - he "forward this issue to EA specialist team" now waiting for contact from them, maybe on Monday I will call them on phone.

I also got "forward to the expert team" from my first advisor - never heard from them. Strangely another live chat advisor I spoke to afterwards could just simply issue a new Online Pass, so it's purely a matter of luck if you're getting helped or not. I'd just try again with the live chat until you get someone who issues a new pass.

I chatted with 4 advisors, though only since the 3rd one I insisted on new Online pass. I'm not sure whether that happened or not since I still have the exact same Product Code, but after the last Multi worked properly again. Unfortunately now From Ashes does not. I'm not in a hurry though anymore since, contrary to Multi, there is no events schedule and I can wait for the problem to be resolved. Nevertheless, despite the fact I sent them info about solution only working partially, I haven't been contacted since. I'm kinda busy at the moment anyways so I'll give them some more time.

You could also try the EA support via Twitter here
It appears, they are quite helpful and quick with a solution to your problem. It's best you give them your case number and that now From Ashes doesn't work anymore. They can also help with the Online Pass Issue as well.
[edit]Can confirm that the Twitter support is very helfpul and lightning fast when you contact them during their work hours (Mo-Fr, 9AM - 6PM CST). I contacted them because of my Online Pass authorization error and they fixed it within minutes. It appears, there is an Online Pass for the Standard Edition (which they first gave me through Live Chat and was responsible for the DLC error) and a different one for the Collector's Edition. They then issued me the one for the CE (that I own) but then I got the same error for "From Ashes" as kojotp. I replied to them via Twitter again and within 5min it got all sorted out and working again. So, if you're tired of the Live Chat, give the Twitter support a try!
