REINSTALLING on a new COMPUTER A PURCHASED DOWNLAOD

 WIthin the last 2 years I purchased and downloaded MASS EFFECT 2.

I have since bought a new computer and now have no record of the purchase.

How may I obatin the download again?

    If you still have your ME2 discs just install it on your new computer and if you have it via Origin download it from there. As long as your using the same Origin account you shouldn't have an issue.

    Even if you don't have discs, you still receive a serial code for the game.

    You just have to registered your serial on origin to download it, but don't forget to use the same email adress for origin as the one you used before for your EA account (because of the Cerberus Network, and all DLCs).

    Sorry, but telling him to use the discs to install a downloaded game isn't going to be very helpful for him...

    I was asking myself the same question, because I got ME2 during a promotional event, so I don't, in fact, own any discs of the game or anything else besides y savegames and the DLCs I bought. If I went to buy a new PC, could I download the game via Origin, too?
