At the end of ME2 Garrus' romance dialogue and cutscene still triggered, before starting the suicide mission.

Consistent crash using elevator to access crew deck
Whenever I try and do this the loading screen shows the moving elevator, it gets to a certain point and then it freezes, the music stops and the game crashes. Is there any fix?
